By using 1Mynd — the web app at app.1mynd.xyz, the API and MCP server at api.1mynd.xyz, the 1Mynd Android app, or any site or file you publish with 1Mynd — you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use 1Mynd.
1Mynd is operated by Helpful Human, LLC ("we", "us", "our"). You can reach us at hello@1mynd.xyz.
1Mynd is in beta and is provided as is. Features may change, move, or be withdrawn without notice. We make no uptime or availability commitment, including for sites and files you publish. Do not depend on 1Mynd as your only copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.
You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, and at least 13 years old. You must use 1Mynd only as the law where you are allows.
You sign in with a Google or Microsoft account. 1Mynd has no password of its own, so the security of your 1Mynd account is the security of your provider account. Keeping that account secure is your responsibility, as is everything done under your sign-in. Tell us at hello@1mynd.xyz if you believe your account has been misused.
Work in 1Mynd lives in a workspace, with two roles: owner and editor. There is no per-project or per-note visibility control.
Adding a member gives them access to everything in that workspace — every project, task, note, playbook, file, and time block, plus every other member's name, email address, and role. Time blocks with no assignee are mirrored to every member's connected calendar. Add people accordingly. Calendars you connect remain visible only to you.
Owners control things that affect the whole workspace, including publishing, custom domains, and deleting sites.
You own your content — the projects, tasks, notes, files, forwarded email, sites, and everything else you put into 1Mynd.
You grant Helpful Human only the limited, non-exclusive license needed to host, store, process, transmit, and display your content to operate the service for you and your workspace; to publish it publicly where you choose to publish it; and to send it to the service providers described in our Privacy Policy when you use a feature that needs them. Nothing beyond that. We do not sell your content and we do not use it for advertising or to train AI models.
You are responsible for having the right to put your content into 1Mynd, and for what it contains.
Sites, published files, and QR codes make content reachable by anyone with the link. You are responsible for everything you publish, including its accuracy, its legality, and any rights needed for the text, images, and personal information in it.
We may remove or disable published content, or a custom domain, that we reasonably believe breaks these terms or the law, or that puts other people at risk.
Your workspace's inbound address stores whatever you forward to it, including other people's messages and personal information. Forward only what you have the right to share with us, and handle the people in those messages as the law and your obligations to them require.
You may not:
1Mynd includes AI features — Ask Mynd, filing captures, and validators — and can be driven by an AI assistant you connect.
1Mynd includes features built for real-estate work, including listing and farming projects, home value estimates, local market statistics, and local community events.
You are responsible for complying with every rule that applies to your real-estate work, including:
1Mynd connects to services you already use — Google and Microsoft for sign-in and, if you choose, calendars and tasks. Those connections are yours to grant and yours to revoke, at any time, from your provider's account settings or from inside 1Mynd.
Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. They are outside our control, and we are not responsible for their availability, their changes, or their handling of your data.
You can connect your own AI assistant to 1Mynd, with a personal access token or an authorized connection. It acts as you, and it reaches every workspace you belong to.
You are responsible for the assistants you connect, for the tokens you create and where you keep them, and for everything done through them — including changes made to workspaces you share with other people. Data an assistant reads leaves 1Mynd and is governed by that assistant's terms. Revoke access as soon as you no longer need it, or if you suspect a token has been exposed.
You may stop using 1Mynd at any time. To close your account or request deletion of your data, email hello@1mynd.xyz. Our Privacy Policy describes exactly what deletion does and does not remove.
We may suspend or terminate access, including to published sites and files, if you materially breach these terms, if your use puts the service or other people at risk, or if the law requires it. Because 1Mynd is in beta, we may also discontinue the service. Where practical, we will give you notice and a reasonable opportunity to retrieve your data first.
1Mynd is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any AI output, estimate, statistic, or third-party data will be accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Helpful Human, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, business, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use 1Mynd — including anything arising from AI output, third-party data, a third-party service, content you publish, or an assistant acting on your behalf.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Helpful Human, LLC and its members, officers, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, anything you publish, email you forward, your use of 1Mynd, your outreach to third parties, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and by applicable United States federal law, without regard to California's conflict-of-law rules.
We may update these terms as 1Mynd changes. Updates are posted on this page with a new date at the top. Continuing to use 1Mynd after a change means you accept the revised terms.
